Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains how Growthxalgo handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us or use our service, and the rights you have. It is written for the UK GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related laws.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Growthxalgo. Contact for privacy questions: on Telegram at t.me/growthxalgosupport.
2. What we collect
- Website visits: technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser and device type and pages viewed, processed by our website host, Framer. Visit statistics come from Framer's built-in analytics, which works without cookies.
- Advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies: the Meta Pixel records that you visited a page and whether you clicked through to Telegram. See our Cookie Notice.
- Telegram: when you join our channel or message us, we see your Telegram name, username and profile photo (depending on your Telegram settings) and the messages you send.
- If you become a client: your MT5 account number, broker and server, trading password, account balance, trade history and statements, and the payment details you use to pay the profit share.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To run this website and keep it secure (legitimate interests).
- To count website visits in aggregate (legitimate interests).
- To measure our adverts with the Meta Pixel (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To reply to your messages and answer questions before you sign up (legitimate interests, and steps you ask for before a contract).
- To provide the service: run the algorithm on your account, report results and calculate the profit share (performance of our contract with you).
- To keep financial and tax records (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and misuse and to defend legal claims (legitimate interests).
We need your account details to provide the service; without them we cannot trade your account. We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based only on automated processing. The algorithm's trading decisions concern the market, not you as a person.
4. Your trading password
We use your MT5 trading password only to connect the algorithm to your account. We never ask for your broker client-area login, which controls deposits and withdrawals. Only the people who run the service can see account details. We delete your access details within 30 days after the service ends, and you can revoke our access at any time by changing your MT5 trading password.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the business, under their terms: Framer (website hosting and analytics), Telegram (messaging), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (advert measurement, only with your consent), the server provider that runs our algorithm, and the payment services you choose. We also share data when the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on approved safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK transfer addendum.
7. How long we keep it
- Account access details (including your trading password): deleted within 30 days after the service ends.
- Client records (trade history, fee calculations and payments): 6 years after the service ends, to meet accounting and tax rules, then deleted.
- Telegram conversations with people who do not become clients: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Meta Pixel data: kept by Meta under its own policies; the cookies themselves last up to 90 days.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive the data you gave us in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before. To use any of these rights, contact us on Telegram at t.me/growthxalgosupport. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority in the country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including limiting who can access account details. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so please tell us at once if you think your details have been exposed.
10. Children
The service is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will tell clients on Telegram about important changes.
